Mark Eather
Born and raised on a rural property in North West Region of NSW, Mark has vast agricultural experience that covers the management and ownership of various rural properties since 1995. This includes management of a wide variety of diverse agricultural products including:

Large Scale management, production and marketing of summer and winter Grain.

Winter cropping programs inclusive of Wheat, Barley, Oats and Canola.

Summer cropping programs inclusive of Sorghum, Corn and Sunflowers.

Large Scale production of irrigated Lucerne

Beef and Fat lamb production.

Mark has extensive experience in the restructuring of farming country to increase efficiency of land for grain and livestock productivity in addition to undertaking large scale rural subdivisions.

Mark also has 25 years of extensive and successful Global Financial Trading experience. This includes directorship with The Sydney Futures Exchange, establishment in one of Australia’s leading Trading House, Senior Bond trader for one of Australia’s leading broking house and principal trading in Funds management.

Teresa Wong
Born in Hong Kong and migrated to Australia since 1978. Teresa grew up in Sydney where she studied accounting.
Teresa spent 10 years in the Australian Finance Industry as Adminstrative Manager and also held Company Secretary role for a number of Australian Financial Trading companies.

After relocating to the town of Nundle; located in New England North West, Teresa began to work in accounting and administration for farming properties and various agricultural businesses. Teresa has a deep understanding of administrative process within both the agricultural and finance industries.
Teresa is passionate involved in the community she resides and is committed to 5 local community groups in the region, taking on executive committee roles such as Treasurer and Secretary.
Teresa is fluent in Chinese Cantonese language.
